Emma Thompson

Emma Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing. Currently serving as a Test Lead at IBM since July 2018, Emma also holds the position of QA Manager at SQS Group since November 2016. Previous roles include QA Lead at IBM from February 2007 to November 2016 and Test Team Lead at Allstate from February 2005 to February 2007. Emma began their career as a QA Engineer at Openwave Systems, working from February 1998 to February 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Queen's University Belfast, a Master of Science in Computing and Information Systems from Ulster University, and a Master of Arts in History of Art from The Open University.
