Feixiang Luo has extensive experience in semiconductor integration, currently working at IBM in Semiconductor Process Integration. They previously held positions at Quantum-Si as a Senior Engineer in Photonics, where they contributed to the development of the world’s first protein sequencing platform, and at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Senior Engineer focusing on advanced lithography technologies. Feixiang also completed a PhD in Surface Science from Rutgers University, where they were involved in various research and teaching roles. Earlier in their career, Feixiang developed metal oxide EUV photoresists at the Center for Sustainable Materials Chemistry.
