Hermen Daalder is a Senior supply chain consultant with over 15 years of SAP experience and currently serves as the OTC Order Management Consultant Lead at IBM Global Services. Since 2008, they have been working on the Blue Harmony project, overseeing the Order Management design and leading a team of consultants. Prior to this role, they contributed as a Supply Planner at IBM and were a key member of the team that facilitated the divestiture of IBM's THINK brand to Lenovo. Hermen earned a BA in Commerciele Economie from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Amsterdam from 1988 to 1992.
