Imad Azeem Awan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience at IBM since August 2016, currently serving as the Technology Talent Acquisition Leader for the MEA, CEE, and DACH regions. Awan has a robust background in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across various markets, including earlier roles as Talent Acquisition Leader for IBM Middle East & Africa and Manager for multiple sectors within IBM. Prior to IBM, Awan held the position of HR & Recruitment Manager at Nama, providing HR advisory and recruitment project support, as well as working as an HR Advisor at OSN during a merger. Awan holds an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce.
