Ioana Piscanu is currently the Global Product Marketing Lead for OEM Databases in IBM’s Data and AI division, a role assumed in February 2024. Previously, Ioana held multiple positions at Amaris Consulting from June 2019 to February 2024, culminating as Head of B2B Marketing, where responsibilities included strategizing and implementing marketing initiatives that enhanced brand awareness and drove business growth across a diverse portfolio of technology solutions. Ioana also contributed to various marketing roles at IBM from September 2015 to May 2019, focusing on product marketing and analytics within the European region. Prior experience includes marketing roles at Orkla Foods Romania, Colgate-Palmolive, and consulting positions at Lui's and Nada Mas. Ioana holds a Master of Science in Global Marketing from the London School of Business and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
