Jamie Klein is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for IBM Technology Lifecycle Services and focusing on IBM Organic Growth Ventures & Investments since March 2021, Jamie Klein previously held numerous senior legal positions within IBM from 1998 to 2019, specializing in areas such as Intellectual Property Law and Security. Jamie Klein also has an academic background, having served as an Adjunct Professor and Guest Lecturer at Boston College's Woods College of Advancing Studies. Prior legal experience includes roles at Crowell & Moring LLP, Nycal Corporation as General Counsel, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Jamie Klein holds a JD from New York University School of Law and an AB in International and Public Policy from Princeton University.
