Jerome McFarlane

Jerome McFarlane is an Enterprise Systems Engineer with a comprehensive background in Systems Administration and Cyber Security. They have extensive experience in engineering and configuring both Windows and Linux server operating systems, as well as managing network hardware and analyzing vulnerabilities. Previously, they worked as a System Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Frederic Fekkai & Co, where they provided technical support and led training. Jerome has held significant roles at Benefitfocus, progressing from System Administrator to Senior System Engineer, and has recently joined IBM as a Digital Technical Specialist. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from the State University of New York College at Buffalo and a Cyber & Network Security Certificate from Columbia University.
