Joseph Kim is a skilled professional with a diverse background in customer success, administrative affairs, software development, and data research. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and AI Architect Intern at IBM since May 2025, Joseph previously co-founded Beta Rho Chi and held the position of Director of Administrative Affairs from March 2023 to May 2025.
