Jumana Akkawi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Director of EMEA Communications and MEA Marketing at IBM since December 2012. Previous roles at IBM include Communications Director for both Middle East & Africa and Central & Eastern Europe, as well as External Relations Manager for the region. Prior to joining IBM, Jumana worked as PR Manager for Cisco and held senior positions at Buchanan Middle East - JWT PR and Al Aqariya TV, where responsibilities included events management and channel supervision. Jumana Akkawi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Saint Merry Orthodox College.
