Kaitlin Stephens

Kaitlin Stephens is a seasoned professional in health benefits and consulting, with a robust educational background including a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Sweet Briar College and a study in American Politics at Georgetown University. Kaitlin’s career commenced at Sweet Briar College as a student and progressed through various roles, including teaching assistant and chief executive officer of the Business Management Lab. Kaitlin later served at Mercer as a Health & Benefits Consulting Analyst, advancing to the position of Senior Associate. Experience also includes internships at the United States Mint and the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, as well as a position as an Account Executive at COS: Capitol Office Solutions. At IBM, Kaitlin rose to key leadership roles, ultimately serving as Vice President of Global Benefits & Enterprise Health, overseeing health benefits for North America, including the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean.
