Kate Moon is a design researcher and service design strategist who specializes in addressing enterprise-scale challenges. Previously, Kate worked at IBM as a User Research Strategist, where they led design research efforts and collaborated with senior executives to improve client experiences. Before that, Kate held various positions at Thinkery, including Gallery Manager and Public Programs Coordinator, where they gained valuable experience in educational programming and stakeholder engagement. Currently, Kate is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Texas State University.
