Katie McCray is currently the Director of IBM Automation Technical Sales, where they focus on enhancing employee well-being through the responsible deployment of AI, Automation, and Analytics. Previously, they held various roles at IBM, including Chief Technical Client Advocate and Senior Technical Program Leader, where they contributed to significant revenue recognition in cloud and AI technologies. Prior to that, Katie worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Cognos, helping organizations improve decision-making through business intelligence software. They also served as an MIS Project Analyst and QA Supervisor at Bush Industries from 2000 to 2005. Katie is currently pursuing education at the State University of New York and holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
