Katya Díaz is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM, having transitioned from a Technical Recruiter role at IBM Accelalpha. With extensive experience in recruitment and office management at Vanco from 2019 to 2022, Katya oversaw the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical positions. Prior to that, Katya worked as a Concierge and Reception Supervisor at Grupo Vidanta, where they managed a team and ensured a high-quality guest experience.
