Keith Henderson

Keith Henderson is a Senior IBM Z Client Technical Specialist at IBM, where they have worked since 1999. Previously, between 1995 and 1999, they were a Desktop Support Engineer with IBM, following a development assignment as a Service Delivery Manager. Throughout their career, Keith has held various roles at IBM, including Lead Senior Systems Service Representative for the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they were the primary technical interface and coordination point for IBM hardware support. Keith holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a PgDip in Building Services Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, along with multiple certifications including the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Apple Certified Mac Technician.
