Lesia “Ella” Fejer

Lesia “Ella” Fejer is currently a Quantum Partnership Manager at IBM, where they lead the collaboration with the Cleveland Clinic and contribute to strategic initiatives in the UK and Massachusetts. As a co-founder of the Veterinary Medicine Hospital DNA Bank at Texas A&M University, they helped develop a resource for genetic research involving veterinary patients. Previously, Fejer served as a Science & Innovation Officer at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, focusing on enhancing UK research and international partnerships in digital and health-related fields. Fejer holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Science from Texas A&M University and the University of Houston, respectively.
