Matt Rosno

Matt Rosno is a Senior Product Manager for the IBM Carbon Design System, where they lead cross-functional teams and specialize in design systems. They co-founded Rappora and served as CEO until its acquisition by Careswitch. Previously, Matt held roles as a Senior Software Engineer in the Carbon Design System at IBM and as a Co-Founder and CPO at Rappora. They began their career with internships at Cerner Corporation and National Instruments, and have also coached design projects at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
