Michael M. Gonzalez is the Director of UX Design at IBM, where they lead experience design activities in the cybersecurity division. Previously, they served as a Senior UX Architect at Yahoo from 2002 to 2009, where they articulated a customer-centric vision and collaborated across teams to enhance customer experience. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they managed customer experience projects at Apple, driving strategic quality initiatives. Michael currently continues their education at Columbia University in the City of New York.
