Nicholas Raja has extensive experience in the IT and infrastructure services sector, having worked at IBM from 2004 to 2015, where roles included ASEAN Infrastructure Services Solution Manager, IT Specialist, Senior IT Specialist, and Advisory IT Specialist. In these positions, responsibilities encompassed overseeing technical GTS Infrastructure Services solutions across multiple ASEAN countries, managing Site and Facilities Services projects, and serving as a solution architect focused on data center design and migration. Prior to IBM, Nicholas held the position of System Engineer at CTi Systems Sdn Bhd from 2002 to 2004, reporting directly to senior management while executing various technical tasks.
