Omer Syed is an AI & Automation Specialist at IBM, where they lead efforts in Digital Sales for the Data, AI & Automation team. Omer previously assisted as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta in 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Omer worked at Boston’s Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar in various roles, eventually becoming an Assistant Manager. In addition, they served as a Business Analyst for the City of Edmonton and a Management Consultant for MNP in 2024. Omer is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Alberta.
