Paul Macpherson FBCS is a Senior Partner within IBM Consulting, currently leading the engagement with the Department for Science, Innovation, and Technology. With over 35 years of experience serving the UK Public Sector in various domains, Paul has held significant positions, such as IT Director at DWP IT and Executive Partner at IBM. Paul is a certified IBM Complex Programme Manager and a Fellow of the British Computer Society. In addition to their corporate roles, Paul serves as a Non-Executive Director at South Shields Football Club.
