Paula Pernes is a seasoned Credit Manager with over a decade of experience in finance, particularly within multinational companies. They have held multiple roles at IBM, progressing from a Sales Account Manager to Head of Credit for the Americas, where they demonstrated expertise in risk management, finance transformation, and team leadership. With a strong background in evaluating credit requests and analyzing financial statements, Paula has also been recognized as an Emerging Leader and participated in significant international projects. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Finance from FGV.
