R Mukesh

R Mukesh has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, beginning as a Human Resources Intern at Redback IT Solutions Private Limited in December 2018, where employee motivation strategies were assessed. Following this, R Mukesh interned at Bosch in April 2020, focusing on employee engagement projects. In April 2021, R Mukesh transitioned to a Recruiter role at Allegis Group, managing various phases of the recruitment process and collaborating with managers on job descriptions. Currently, as a Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM since November 2021, R Mukesh collaborates with hiring managers to define hiring forecasts, implements sourcing strategies, and ensures adherence to recruitment best practices. R Mukesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from St Joseph's Institute of Management.
