Rachel Richards

Rachel Richards is a Human Resource professional with experience gained through roles at IBM and iCIMS. At IBM, Rachel held a Human Resources Intern position from May 2022 to August 2022, contributing to the Payroll Team by researching software solutions for the Year-End process and developing training materials for employees. Additionally, Rachel worked on the Return to Workplace Sprint Project, conducting research and designing tools to support workplace interactions. Prior to that, Rachel was a Talent Attraction Intern at iCIMS, where responsibilities included planning a content overhaul for intern programs, creating multimedia content, and collaborating with teams to enhance candidate engagement. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and English Literature from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, obtained in 2023.
