Ricardo Cucalon is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Business Lead for Strategy and Operations at IBM since June 2017, where expertise includes advising senior leadership, managing organizational design, and implementing cross-functional management transformation programs. Previously held roles include Chief of Staff to the Americas COO, where strategic execution and operational alignment were key responsibilities, and Managing Consultant in Strategy & Analytics, focusing on innovative business strategies. Prior to IBM, Ricardo gained experience as a Sr. Business Analyst at BTS, executing leadership development and strategy alignment initiatives, and held internship positions at Google and WPP/The Bravo Group. Educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago.
