RICK YOUNG

Rick Young has an extensive background in engineering, information systems, and project management within the aerospace and technology sectors. Starting as a Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Rick progressed to roles such as Systems Analyst/Team Lead, where significant contributions included the successful transition of the Flight Test Computing System. Subsequent positions at Boeing Computer Services and North American Morpho Systems involved establishing network standards and researching biometric technologies. Rick held leadership positions, including Associate Director at Dataquest and Branch Manager at Analysts International, and founded NW RAINet as VP of Marketing & Technical Support. As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect at IBM, Rick played a pivotal role in server consolidation projects and Cloud solutions development. Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia Christian College and a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Washington.
