Shengwei Guo

Shengwei Guo has extensive experience in the financial industry and public sector, holding various leadership roles across multiple renowned organizations. From July 1998 to October 2001, Shengwei served as Project Leader and Senior Consultant at the National Computer Science Institute in China, successfully implementing integrated systems for several financial institutions. Subsequently, at Bull, from November 2001 to August 2002, Shengwei was a Project Manager and Senior IT Consultant, recognized for implementing core banking and card systems. During the tenure at IBM Public Sector from January 2011 to December 2013, Shengwei was responsible for public sector marketing and communication strategies. Prior experience also includes positions at IBM Global Business Services and HP, focusing on business development and project management. Currently, Shengwei is the Portfolio Marketing Manager at IBM GCG, emphasizing market strategy and execution in industry and enterprise marketing. Shengwei holds an MBA in Finance, General Management, and Strategic Management from Peking University, obtained from 2007 to 2009.
