Stephanie Grace

Stephanie Grace is an accomplished product manager and design thinking practitioner with a diverse background in user experience and education. They held roles as a Lead UX Designer at ustwo and Design Practice Lead at Small Multiples, where they focused on empowering teams to create innovative digital products. Currently, they serve as a Program Manager and Product Manager within IBM's Sustainability and ESG offerings while also engaging as a Board Member at MedEarth. Stephanie's experience is complemented by their academic background, having earned a first-class honors degree in Design Computing from the University of Sydney. They also contribute to education as a guest lecturer, teaching design thinking and communication to students.
