Susan Volkmann

Susan Volkmann is the Vice President of Hybrid Cloud Solutions Design and WW Lead at IBM, where they currently help clients realize the value of Hybrid Multicloud Transformations. With a rich background in IT management consulting, strategy, and professional services, Susan has held various leadership roles across Europe and globally, focusing on cloud business over the past eight years. They earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences between 1988 and 1993. Previously, Susan contributed to IBM in roles ranging from Senior Consultant to Cloud Managed Services Leader for Europe.
