Syed Abbas

Syed Abbas has a strong background in IT and systems administration, with experience spanning over two decades in various roles. Beginning a career as a Programmer at KEL Aerospace Pty Ltd in 1997, Syed later served as a Windows System Administrator and Unix System Administrator at Centrelink. Subsequent positions included System/SAN Administrator with the Australian Government Department of Human Services and System Administrator at the Bureau of Meteorology. Syed transitioned to Services Australia as an Infrastructure and Operations Design Architect before joining IBM as a Technical Storage Consultant in April 2023. Syed also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Victoria University of Technology and has been pursuing high school education at Taylor's College since 1991.
