Tom Laidlaw has extensive experience in technical support and service delivery within IBM, beginning in 1979 and continuing through various roles until retirement in June 2016. As a Technical Support Manager at IBM Global Services, Tom managed technical operations in the Northeast region, contributing to the Technical Support Division. From 2000 to 2008, Tom served as a Service Delivery Manager at IBM Global Services. Following a distinguished career, Tom retired, embracing leisure time.
