Vinithra Varadharajan is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in driving product transformation and growth within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering for Vault at IBM since June 2025, Vinithra previously held the same title at HashiCorp, where the strategic transformation of Vault from legacy software to a cloud-first platform was successfully executed, achieving significant revenue growth. With a rich background at Airtable, Cloudera, and early career roles at Endeca and Carnegie Mellon University, Vinithra has demonstrated expertise in scaling engineering teams, delivering innovative cloud solutions, and enhancing product performance. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's in Computer Systems Engineering from Cardiff University.
