Ying Qian

Ying Qian is a Senior Human Resource Manager at IBM, where they provide strategic human resources solutions focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and leadership building. Previously, Ying served as a Leadership Development Training Facilitator at IBM and held multiple roles at Intel Corporation, including Intel University Training Manager. Ying also taught at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, where they obtained a Master’s degree in Automation.
