Zafer Karaca

Zafer Karaca is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales and technology. From January 2021 to December 2023, Zafer served as Vice President of Sales for the US Northeast and Vice President of Sales for Security at IBM, managing over $300 million in software revenue and leading a team of approximately 250 sales and tech sales specialists. Additionally, Zafer led post-acquisition initiatives for Cloud and Red Hat Synergy, focusing on growth through Cloud Paks, OpenShift, and Ansible. Prior experience includes serving as a Network Integration Engineer at Nokia, where Zafer managed key network projects across multiple countries. Zafer holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master's degree in Economics and Business from KU Leuven.
