Claudio C. Boros

Claudio C. Boros serves as a Partner and Director at Plano Consultoria Empresarial since September 2009, focusing as the Finance and Management Director since July 2022, overseeing Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Administrative teams while managing forecasting, budgeting, debt restructuring, and contract pricing. Concurrently, Claudio has been an Instructor at Plano Academy, teaching PMO, Portfolio, Program, and Project Management based on OMI and AXELOS standards. As a Professor for the MBA in Project Management at Ibmec since June 2014, Claudio educates professionals on various aspects of project management. Additionally, Claudio contributes as a volunteer mentor for the PMO Global Alliance, supporting the development of the PMOGA Brazil and LATAM hubs. Previous experience includes senior consulting roles at Brasil Telecom and Oi S.A, as well as PMO consulting at ARCADIS Logos S.A. and TCO Mobile - VIVO. Claudio holds an Executive Doctorate of Business Administration in Portfolio Management & Systems Dynamics from Université de Bordeaux and multiple MBA degrees in Finance, Management, and Marketing.
