Ossama Saad

Osama SAAD has extensive experience in operations and asset management, currently serving as the Infor IDMS, Assets and System Control Supervisor at Ibnsina Pharma since August 2019, where responsibilities include key business user roles for Infor ERP (EAM/M3) and Infor EAM 11.6. Prior to this, Osama SAAD worked as an Operations Manager at El-Samnudy Store, handling gifts and antiques, and spent over a decade at InfoFort in various capacities, including Operations Supervisor for Fixed Asset Management and DMS Projects, where duties encompassed project management, implementing tracking applications, and ensuring customer service excellence. Osama SAAD began a career in logistics as a Logistics Coordinator at Al Qudes Company, facilitating outgoing shipments and customer interactions. Educationally, Osama SAAD holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from the Higher Institute of Business Administration, completed in 2007.
