Raafat Donia

Raafat Donia has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently holding the position of Head of Compliance at Sandoz Egypt. Previously, Raafat served as Integrity & Compliance Manager at Ibnsina Pharma since May 2019. Before that, Raafat worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb from April 2006, where roles included Business Unit Director for the Virology & Immunology franchise across Egypt, the Gulf, and the Middle East, responsible for sales and marketing. Raafat began a career at Novo Nordisk as Country Manager from April 1988 to July 2004, after obtaining a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery from Cairo University in 1981.
