Allen Samuel

Allen Samuel is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in retail and business management. Currently serving as Senior General Manager and Director of Operations at IBO (Ebo Mart Private Limited) since July 2021, Allen is instrumental in establishing India's first omni-channel Home Building Megastore. Prior roles include General Manager of Operations and Loss Prevention at METRO Cash & Carry India, where responsibilities included process excellence and audit implementation, and Senior Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, consulting for top global retailers. Earlier experience encompasses managerial positions at Walmart, Reliance Industries, and Big Bazaar, focusing on operations, merchandising, and new store openings. Allen holds an MBA in Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
