Puneet Gupta

Puneet Gupta is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading and innovating in retail and e-commerce. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at IBO (Ebo Mart Private Limited), Puneet is a founding team member responsible for driving P&L leadership across various product categories including sanitaryware, plywood, and kitchenware. Prior to this role, Puneet was Senior Vice President, where contributions included developing the flooring and hardware segments and creating a scalable ROCE model. Previous positions include Category Leader at Amazon, where apparel grew fivefold, and Business Head at Jabong, where significant revenue growth was achieved in men's fashion. Early career roles include management positions at Big Bazaar, Hindustan Unilever Limited, and ITC Limited. Puneet holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, a Young Leaders Program certificate from IIM Bangalore, and a dual degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
