Denise Sayão

Denise Sayão serves as the Head of Legal and Governance at TBG - Transportadora Brasileira Gasoduto Bolívia-Brasil S.A. since October 1999, with responsibilities encompassing legal consultation, litigation, corporate governance, and general secretarial duties. In addition to this role, Denise is actively involved in mentoring at Women In Energy (WIN) Brazil and for the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, focusing on legal advocacy for students and professionals. Denise is also a member of the Oil and Gas Commission at IBP - Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo e Gás, providing mentorship in the Women Leadership Program for the oil and gas sector. Prior to these positions, Denise practiced law at Demarest & Almeida Advogados. Educational credentials include attendance at Harvard Business School and Yale School of Management, among others, culminating in an Executive MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
