Jacqueline Fancher

Jacqueline Fancher is the founder of ibRecruit, a 501c3 tax-exempt organization established in 2021 to support non-target undergraduate women in securing investment banking internships through behavioral and technical guidance. Currently serving as an investor with Citation Capital since February 2022, Jacqueline was also a founding member of the investment team from 2023 onwards. Previous experience includes roles as an associate at BDT & Company, LLC, and L Catterton, as well as an investment banking analyst at Lazard from 2019 to 2021, which followed summer analyst positions at Lazard and Guggenheim Partners. Jacqueline holds a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and spent a semester at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2018.
