Luciana Ferreira

Luciana Ferreira is the Founder and CEO of Elemento RH, a company recognized for connecting businesses with professionals for over a decade, focusing on enhancing careers through personalized human resources solutions. In addition to leading Elemento RH since March 2014, Luciana serves as a Trainer at IBS - International Business School Americas and holds the position of Institutional Representative at the Regional Council of Administration of São Paulo (CRA-SP) until June 2024. Luciana co-founded AGROTALENT and has held various roles at the Centro Universitário de Araraquara (UNIARA) and the Municipal Government of São Carlos, where responsibilities included leadership and departmental management. Educational qualifications include degrees in Human Resources Management, Public Management, Business Administration, and a Master Coach certification, complemented by training in emotional intelligence.
