Elena Kudryashova

Elena Kudryashova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various industries. Elena is currently working at IBS as the Director of Projects' Execution & Segment Development (Metallurgy, Telecom and Media Segment). Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Head of Education Digitalization Department and Product Manager at the Higher School of Economics. Before that, Elena held the position of Head of ERP Department at PROF-IT GROUP, where they were responsible for strategic planning, product development, sales, and resource management. Elena also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at ВсеИнструменты.ру, where their responsibilities included tax management, financial analysis, and staff management. Elena started their career as a Financial Controller at East Siberian Timber Company, LTD and then moved to Grand Baikal Ltd, where they worked as a Leading Economist and Deputy Head of Economic & Planning Department. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Manager at First BIT, focusing on project management automation and financial consulting. Throughout their career, Elena has achieved notable results such as launching evaluation systems, implementing automation projects, and optimizing tax accounting.

Elena Kudryashova holds a Master's degree in professional communication interpreter from Irkutsk State University, which was obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they also completed a Master's degree in organization management with a finance specialization at the same university from 2002 to 2005. Elena'searlier education includes a Master's degree in English/Language Teacher Education from Irkutsk State Pedagogical University, which they completed from 1997 to 2002.
