Mikhail Belov

Mikhail Belov is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and business development, particularly in capital project engineering IT systems and PLM systems. Currently serving as Deputy CEO at IBS Holding since January 2009, Mikhail previously held the position of President & Owner at GelioSoft Consulting and was Deputy CEO at IBS Holding from November 2000 to April 2004, focusing on finance and operations. Mikhail's earlier roles include VP at Metrosvyaz Ltd, Deputy Finance Director at TOKOBANK, and Senior Consultant at Oracle, among others. Mikhail's career highlights also feature significant contributions to the Moscow Futures Finance Exchange as a project leader at Booz Allen Hamilton and strategic IT planning at the "Rossia" Banking Association.
