Pavel Panchenko

Pavel Panchenko is an experienced technology professional specializing in mobile development. As the Head of Mobile Development at IBS since November 2021, Pavel has focused on expanding the mobile development business, building development teams, and creating individual development plans for team members. Previously, at MAXIMUM Education, Pavel led the creation of a mobile development team from scratch in the EdTech sector. As CTO at Connected Aircraft Enterprise, Pavel oversaw the development of the ISDAP for the civil aviation industry. With a strong technical background, Pavel has held leadership roles at IVCS LLC, Mind, Aplica, ProSoft, and Quantum Art, contributing to various mobile application projects and development processes. Pavel holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and has completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of Information Systems at the Russian Scientific Center "Kurchatov Institute."
