Laura Gubitosi

Laura Gubitosi (Fernandez), MHRM, SPHR, currently serves as HR Manager at IBSA USA since June 2022. Prior experience includes positions at Reproductive Medicine Associates (RMA Network) from November 2015 to June 2022, where roles included HRIS Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist, among others. Laura's career began at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital as a Dietary Worker from May 2013 to February 2015. Additional internships and roles include a Compliance Intern at Global Aerospace and a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management, both from Rutgers University.
