Federico Mautone

Federico Mautone is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Rewarding & Organization Manager at IBSA Group since November 2014. Federico's expertise encompasses roles as a Corporate HR Generalist, Project Leader, and Junior Human Resources Specialist. Federico holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in General Management from the University of Zurich (2019), a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies with a major in History from the University of Lucerne (2016), and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Law from the same institution (2014). Additionally, Federico completed secondary education with a diploma in Economics from Liceo Cantonale Lugano 2. Currently, Federico is involved in a role as Chief Executive Officer at IBSA Italy from February 2023.
