Syed Abdul Allam

Head of Customer Experience at IBSFINtech

Syed Abdul Allam has over 20 years of work experience. Syed began their career in 1997 as a Programmer at Zero Wait Computers (P) Ltd. In 2000, they joined CRISIL as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they were responsible for all database servers and for implementations at clients' places. In 2005, they joined T-Risk ConsulTech Pvt Ltd (A wholly owned subsidiary of Mecklai Financial Services P Ltd) as Vice President, AVP - Technology, AVP - Technology, Senior Manager - Technology Solutions, and Manager - Technology Solutions. Since 2016, they have been the Head of Customer Experience at IBSFINtech India.

Syed Abdul Allam completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Madras between 1994 and 1996. Syed then obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2011. In 2014, they earned a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in the field of Project Management.
