Richard Lang, PE, PMP, MBA has extensive work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Project Engineer at Transviron Inc. where they applied engineering knowledge to project planning and management. Youzhe "Richard" then moved on to Global Equity Fund in 2017 as an Equity Analyst, researching and valuing US, Europe, and emerging market companies. In 2011, Richard joined Louis Berger as a Project Manager, overseeing sewer rehabilitation projects and coordinating permitting efforts with government agencies. Youzhe "Richard" joined WSP USA in 2019 as a Deputy Program Manager, where they managed program cost, schedule, and quality performance processes, implemented data-driven decision-making processes, and led the development of data dashboards. Currently, Richard works at IBSS as a Program Manager starting in 2022.
Youzhe "Richard" Lang, PE, PMP, MBA began their education at Nanjing University, where they earned a bachelor's degree in environmental science from 2001 to 2005. Youzhe "Richard" then pursued further education at The Johns Hopkins University, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Geography and Environmental Engineering from 2005 to 2006. Finally, Richard completed their academic journey at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, from 2016 to 2019, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
