The Human Resources team at IBT Industrial Solutions focuses on talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations. Led by the Senior Director of Human Resources, the team works to attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring a positive and productive work environment. They manage recruitment, handle employee inquiries, facilitate training programs, and implement strategies for organizational effectiveness across IBT’s 38 locations.
