John Schroeder

John Schroeder, CRC, currently serves as an SBA Underwriter II at iBusiness Funding, specializing in the underwriting of small and large SBA loans since March 2025. Prior to this role, John worked at Byline Bank as an Underwriting Manager and Sr. Credit Analyst from May 2023 to April 2025. John has extensive underwriting experience, having held positions such as Fix and Flip Underwriter at Finance of America Commercial and Credit Underwriter at Extensia Financial LLC, where the focus was on commercial real estate. Early career experience includes roles as a Credit Analyst at Croghan Colonial Bank and Citizens Banking Company, as well as working as an Accountant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where John managed accounting for multiple branches. John earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University between 2005 and 2010.
